Since 2013, Plug and Play China has been in operation in 7 cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Zhengzhou, Xi'an and Chongqing), and Chen’s led and participated in investment and cross-border acceleration of over 50 startups in both China and the U.S., including Intviu.com, Xberts.com, iDareX.com, Vocore.io, Lepow, Acton, Kadho, Crazybaby, etc. Prior to Amidi Group and Plug and Play, Chen worked as the team lead and Sr. Software Engineer at Investment Technology Group (NYSE:ITG), where he led a development team in designing and implementing various Equity and Foreign Exchange trading analytics applications for institutional investment firms. Chen holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, MS from USC and BS from Beihang University in Computer Science.

She has worked with LexisNexis, The Economist Group and CIMA, and has plenty of experience in helping businesses to enter a new market. Mark Duman MRPharmS is a rare blend of clinician, management consultant and patient advocate. He works with organisations to help them realise the full benefit of their services and products, especially through the often untapped potential of patients and the public.
He supported the development of Europe’s first paperless hospital, installing a Cerner system in Health Care International in Scotland in 1994. In Lewisham Hospital he developed the award-winning PharmAssist system harnessing multimedia t to help ethnic minorities with their medicines-taking. At The King’s Fund, Mark promoted shared clinical decision making, founded the Ask About Medicines campaign & authored ‘Producing Patient Information’. At the BBC, he developed a range of behaviour change interventions to improve people’s health and lifestyle.
Following roles in publishing and telecoms, Mark moved into consulting with clients including Cancer Research UK, Care Quality Commission, Pfizer, NHS England and Microsoft.
